Articles written about Madhuri and Classes taught by her
a photo of one of Madhuri's classes
Madhuri is seen here with a happy group of students in a Malaspina University College continuing education
class called "A Taste of India" in 2005.
For the last 27 years, Madhuri Anand has taught Indian Cooking at Malaspina University College's Cowichan campus in the Continuing Education department, among other locations.

She loves to share the gift of culture and enjoys opening new horizons for her students. Many who have taken her course once have repeated it several times due to the sheer joy of learning to cook as well as the magnetic personality and vibrant teaching style of Madhuri.

More information on the Malaspina classes can be found on the Cowichan campus website. Please visit often as information is only available when each term's schedule is ready to print.

Madhuri and her cookbook have been featured in a multitude of newspaper and magazine articles over the last several years.

Here are some of them, available for viewing as PDF documents. Some files may be large and will take a few minutes to download.
